Plot and Cast of Mehboob Mere Mehboob
The plot of Mehboob Mere Mehboob follows the love story of Ranjha (Sujoy Mukherjee) and Heer (Pratibha Sinha), who belong to two rival regions, Jungela and Takt Hazar. Ranjha lives with his several brothers and their wives, while Heer is the sister of Nawab Buland Akhtar (Ashok Kumar), a wealthy and influential man. Ranjha falls in love with Heer at first sight when he sees her veiled face at a college function. Heer also reciprocates his feelings, but their families are opposed to their relationship.
