Leave the sites that are not open with the default choices as shown in the figure below. Don't click on the settings button. Follow the instructions to enable the option. Move to the Additional items to be included in the desktop and click on Include. For the Start button, Click on Add a item. Select the folder icon and select Folder. Follow the instructions to choose the items to be included in the Start menu. If you want to include the option in the lock screen, then follow the instructions given in turn on or off. Click on OK and restart the PC. This option isn't visible as an option while you are in Windows Settings. You need to toggle on the option in the app section in turn on and off. Open your web browser and go to the Start menu. Next, click on the green arrow at the top right corner of the app. It will open the Settings page. Scroll down to the Apps section and click on Turn on apps for desktop and move to the bottom and click on Change. Choose Change icon to include the site in Start Menu.
